About the bullets. The number beside each one actually shows how many times it can be fired before it's spent. To trigger them multiple times, you need to use a different type of bullet like a shrapnel bullet or a time bullet.
I should probably explain how hulls work. I was pretty tired by the end of the jam, Lol.
