At the moment, there isn’t an NTR Route yet, only NTS, Cuckold, Cuckqueen, Loyalty, and 'Monogamy'. Anna has been convinced by Giulia to change her mind about this topic
So to clarify, there's an actual cuckqueen route where she doesn't tell him that either they both cheat or neither does, but instead allows only him to? Because if so I guess I'll have to try more of the dialog options. Thanks for the reply :)
Yes, there is a Route like that. You need to have maximum Lust Points with Anna and choose the right options (they're very easy to figure out) during the morning dialogue on Day 4
