If you choose "It's Not Me" on Kagome's quest. You'll meet her at the college the next day at class 3-2. Talk to Kunio x Kagome to unlock the animation first. Then press x and you can have sex with Kagome once again. There will be a cut scene where Yamada comes to take Masuo back. But Masuo fucks Yamada in that regular outfit. And yes.. the outfit was successfully obtained.
