Some really nice ideas! I like the details on the map and the idea of infecting player characters. It generated some fun ideas how you could sneakily tell infected player characters to sabotage things to add tension etc!
As others have said, it doesn't meet the requirements for the jam, but with some small tweaking, like moving to two columns per page you could easily fit this into 4 pages. For ease of access, I would perhaps move the encounters to the last page rather than having it between sections 4 and 5.
