I enjoyed how Arcade Planet Looper feels; it reminds me a lot of Frogger or Pac-Man, where it's easy to control but hard to master, and extremely addictive, which makes you want to play again and again to achieve a better high score. The graphics and sound help sell the retro look and feel you see in arcade games or on the 4th generation consoles like the Super NES or Sega Mega Drive/Genesis. The music also goes well, giving the game a sort of calm atmosphere despite you moving around planets a high speed and flying off into deep space or crashing into planets a lot. I also like how the player has to take into consideration the planet's gravity and their position when they launch their ship; it helps add a bit of complexity to the game.
