It's more than likely your device. Samsung A13 devices do not have a whole lot of RAM, and often don't have the smoothest processing experience. If you're running the visual novel, make sure you don't have any background processes running and see if that helps.
Hey there, as Huntur has just mentioned, it's looking like it's a limitation of your device rather than a bug on my end. I've not been able to replicate it, nor have we heard of this happening before. Let me know if closing other apps works for you, I'd be curious.
