Solid foundation for a clicker game, I think there's a lot you could do to really make it feel juicier, the first thing I thought of was having the ice cream scoops stack on top of each other whenever you get a scoop, that way there's a feeling of escalation rather than the scoops just feeling like skins that net you more scoops. I also think you should have put more consideration on how the clicking was contextualized, because I think "scoops" as a metric doesn't work here the same way "cookies" works for cookie clicker, because none of the ingredients you get help you make more ice cream, they're just different flavours that may or may not be more popular with people. So in that sense "popularity" or just money would be a more interesting metric for the game to count up. It's a small difference, but I think one that could really help immerse the player in the clicking experience
