The issue with your point is that when games like GTA or movies like Star wars have nsfw like gore or sex, it is the players' choice or the game's story CALLS for NSFW. While games that are meant for pornography are just there for the means of sex.
You have the choice whether or not to engage with media. Are you being Clockwork Orange'd to interact with this stuff?
And again, pornography is art. Porn games aren't made "worse" because of the porn, and if you think so, you are always free to log off and go to whatever religious institution you'd prefer, because I'm sure that the internet as a whole has plenty of things that will irritate your delicate sensibilities.
