I am so impressed that you made this game in Scratch. I had a lot of fun playing this. I kept on wanting to try again and get further, which is definitely the sign of a good game. It honestly had Newgrounds vibes, and brought be back to the days of online Flash games.
The random levels could be a little bit frustrating, since sometimes it felt like it was literally impossible, but maybe I just need to get good xD
One small suggestion: It would be cool if it preserved your height between loops (although maybe that wouldn’t be in the spirit of the level repeating). There was a time where I jumped on a platform on the left in order to reach a high-up sawblade on the right side but it reset me back to the ground, which was slightly disappointing.
Overall awesome job though!
