I'm not able to flirt, it doesn't seem to be a clickable option. I've noticed the same in Toriel's fight, none of the ACT options work there either, I don't know if that's intentional or not.
It's not intentional, but I'll see if I can figure out the issue while working on it this weekend. I've got an idea of what might be wrong, though, so I should be able to fix it in 0.8.1
