Good ideas for a circuit building game but some of the mechanics just need to be a little clearer. On 1-2, I figured out that you need to have the circuit piece aligned with the edge of the track or else Sparky (who is so adorable btw) will go off the track, which is an intuitive mechanic once I know about it but in practice of learning it it just looked like Sparky was randomly dying out of nowhere. I ended on 3-3 where you combine moving a track and stopping a rogue spark. For what is a mario-style tutorialization where newly introduced mechanics are being introduced for the first time, I think it should be a bit easier, in this case by adding a longer bar, which it seems the bars are all the same size as far as I've seen so  yeah I think that's a mechanic that could help the game a lot. Overall, great submission!
