asexual means you aren't attracted to anyone, not gender. i think the term you're looking for is agender ^w^
though that still wouldn't be the correct term for bibites specifically. since they lay eggs, and don't mate with other bibites (for now), that would mean that they are parthenogenetic females! ^w^
