we're working on a patch tonight, so your feedback is really appreciated. 

The problem you're encountering with killing all the jameses is that there's a finite amount of them within the scene. working on generating them procedurally,

but we did what worked in the jam time
another layer of jam jank is that hp can go over the displayed amount and cars only damage you once and then basically become a ghost car, making a no-win, no-lose state very possible


The steering issue is a very easy fix, and duly noted
