This is a really great interpretation of the theme!  I love the presentation, you have great graphics and a fantastic atmosphere.  I really enjoyed how seamless the past timeline effect is, and the people running at you is a good spook!  As an unreal dev as well I'm actually pretty curious how you got the past timeline effect working.

Since we're both using unreal, I'll give my two suggestions as Unreal specific ones.  Two small changes I would suggest:  I think kicking the player back to the main menu when they die is a little rough, though it might be thematic and it may be a deliberate choice.  I'm glad you got to keep the rose and continue from the bridge in front of you.  I would consider moving the playing back to the Player Start actor position instead of exiting to the main menu, I believe it would be effectively the same since you keep the rose and just remove the menu click.  Another thing is I started to play the game with a controller since moving and jump work, but quickly realized once you got to the rose there was no controller input bound for interact and using the rose.  Adding those in would be wonderful quick additions.

Awesome job I hope you keep expanding this idea!
