I really liked the game, but I found it too short. This mechanic seems very interesting. You could take the opportunity to deepen it more. I think the jam's time limit held you back a lot. Four days is very short. But I think this mechanic is very innovative and really good. I think you could invest in it, make a new game—maybe someday—and post it on Itch.io to see if people like it. The mechanic is really cool, but the game is definitely very short. I liked the mechanic. And the art too. But... try adding music... and a longer story.
