Im double clicking on the icon but the game isnt starting... is there a bug im missing?

Im on win 11. I Downloaded win version, extracted it and when I double click the exe nothing happens
Try to open as admin (maybe antivirus blocks it or smth?), its weird cause i have win11 too and it works fine :(
