you can also unlock hidden animation with shizuka(police girl) when on sakurai's house go with aunt dahila and have dojo animantion with her while banging her shizuka will come and start practicing boxing then press x :)

1: You need to complete a quest to recruit Dahila. 2: Go to the map of Sakurai's house and capture the ghost. 3: When you capture the ghost, you will see that Dahila goes straight to the dojo and even changes her outfit. 4: Go to the dojo and talk to Dahila until she asks if you want to train with her. 5: Win the mini-game, then you can press 'X' to see two animations with Dahila. 6: Shizuka will appear running and will start boxing. 7: Approach Shizuka and press 'X'. YOU DID IT.
