I do regret not adding orbital indicators for the space stations and alien centurions, would've probably made it a lot easier to rendezvous successfully. Maybe in The Motion of Stars 2...
BTW, I'm guessing by "enemy stations" you mean the alien centurions, because both space stations are friendly and allow you to refuel.
