Other than some issues with resolution as mentioned elsewhere, this is a neat idea! The notion of mill-grinding as a focus for a horror idea is pretty damn unique. The scratchy, hand-drawn visuals work well as a sort of parallax effect in a 3D space, kind of like a stage. The environment really does look like a mill and I'm curious to see how these interesting ideas and elements could be shaped up into a game with a little more context or story to support it. Keep on developing these cool ideas!
