its buggy because hes a solo dev with barely any history making a physics sandbox game which both genres are known to be buggy. he made all of the physics and ragdolls himself i believe.
super late but yeah it isnt buggy lmao, it was a year ago and i was just mad that my computer had a bug where it wouldnt open unreal engine games, i got it fixed now and realize how embarrassing that was
