This game is really interesting!  I like that if you place a colored block on the first beat of a measure, you can let it resolve and then if you're quick enough you can probably drag it to the fourth beatto get two hits of it in the same measure.  I like the concept a lot I feel like it can be expanded.

I think the only thing holding this game back is this kind of game probably needs an in game guided tutorial to really teach you what's happening, but that's a huge ask on a four day jam for gameplay as different as this.  I think it would also probably be good if in addition to the yellow arrow at the bottom you have a line scrolling over where the tempo is currently at.

Great job I love how unique this game is.

Thanks for playing! I think conveying the concept of the game was really the biggest hurdle for me. I found that when I explained it in person people got it but I couldn't translate that into a tutorial.
