tips if you want to use neons:
-balance it out! add some neutral colors so it's not so bright.
-don't go all out! i only used 6 neon colors, but tried to make it so that the amount of each color was balanced.
-don't make it too cluttered! make sure to use a minimal amount of accessories, and more colors, or vice versa! if you want everything to be super bright, don't add lots of details. that can make your character look kind of cluttered.
these are just ones i use when working with neons, you don't have to use them at all if you don't want to!👐
