Okay it's a bit messed up so here are the controls:
WASD + Spacebar
E to interact with doors, items, NPCs...
Esc to remove the things blocking your screen that I don't know how to call... You'll see...
You'd probably have to remove the fullscreen when pressing Esc, sorry for the inconvinience
