I was also kinda confused. I saw something say that I collected the water but it didn't refill my thirst or anything. Also quick note that if you press space at any time the game softlocks with a "Thanks for playing" message.
The whole loop was to get water, so inorder to get atleast some win condition just added some stuff like that. After that you are supposed to move onto next level but thanks for the feedback.
