It might just be because i really like roguelikes and the upgrade art you made for this was very good but this was very addicting for me. Honestly great work.
If i had to change one thing I'd consider adding a sound effect for when you get hit, as i died a few times because i didn't realise i took damage but aside from that the game was extremely fun and i could see myself sitting down and playing this again.
