Sorry, I don't fully undestand your question. The game is available on oc, windows OS, for free. You can download it on this page, and skip the donation screen, by hitting "no thanks, take me to the downloads".
The game has no server. There is no database with information, and no multiplayer. There is no need for any login accounts. Just download and play from the executable file.
