Hello, my support ticket is #294692. I requested one payout 28 days ago, and another 7 days ago. My tax info has been validated, but I just realized I was using the deprecated paypal connection, so I've just updated that. Hopefully that was the issue, and now that it's been resolved my payout can be processed, but if there's anything else I need to do please let me know. Thank you.
