Do you have an e-mail contact for support issues, I can't seem to find one on your profile pages?
I purchased all 3 of your Pixel 16 assets in a bundle a couple of years ago.
While I was able to download v2 of the Woods and Village packs without problems, I seem only to have access to the free version of the v2 Interiors pack.
