On android you can't move in menues, and there's a bunch of ui issues too.
You can Bluetooth an xbox controller
I'm using a ps4 dualshock which might be the problem. Maybe the game was made for an xbox controller but I'm not sure
pretty sure android has standardized controllers API way better then windows so it shouldn't be an issue
