Not gonna lie I'm a little confused. So we can edit ones not mentioned above but we can still edit any of these ( Vladislaus Straud, Caleb and Lilith Vatore, Guidry and Temperance, and Lady Ravendancer Goth) but keep their template? I'm confused what you mean by that. I'm also confused about the edits to base game sims last bullet. What sims did you edit in that category and does that mean we can't edit their looks? I'm more concerned about looks than actual details. Maybe names but really looks. Or are you saying we can't edit any of the base game sims or is there some we can edit? Sorry I just need more specific details to understand what I can't or can't do.

Sorry, I was assuming you were a mod-maker from your question earlier. I'd probably recommend not using this mod if all you want is to have base game sims with the specific looks you've created for them.
There are ways to combine this mod with new custom appearances, but it would be tedious and technical and is more of an intermediate mod-making project. If this is something you're very interested in doing then I could recommend a few videos to get started.
