I think a separate patch would be a good idea, some of my favorite games have done that, and I eat that up every time. Although all my faith and trust in itchio has been destroyed, I'm only sticking around so I can keep supporting the artists on here somehow. I saw in their announcements that they're reindexing free nsfw games today, you may want to look into it if you haven't already. Super jealous of everyone who has that version.
