Could you try to save your game, then load that savegame?
This seems to fix the issue for some people.
But it's definitely a bug, we'll investigate and fix it as fast as we can.
We uploaded Hotfix 0.7.6a which fixes this properly when starting a new game, but the savegame work-around mentioned below already works in 0.7.6.
