Go to Engine -> Extras -> Redist -> UEPrereqSetup_x64.exe. Click the exe and download the dependencies. If this doesn't work try to install using the itch.io launcher which can be downloaded from here (https://itch.io/app)
Where is this "Engine" selection?
the folder right above the game exe
ive done this and it still doesnt load past the loading screen
