I made it to age 105 and got killed by an octopus. I love the variety of enemies, everything from future killer robots to a zombie to death herself. My favourite though has got to be the mustache guy, so fucking funny. The funny character designs were my favourite part of the game by far.
The fact that you slow down as you age is something that we can really only experience in interactive media like video games. Really nice take on the theme!
