Well They can't do that it's against the 1st Admement and Freedom Of Speech and I hope Trump gets involved and says No to Censorship.

(+14)(-3)

Trumps conservative base is probably behind the take down.

nope…we believe in free speech and will defend your right to it…no matter how much we hate it. The y are “private companies” (whatever that means anymore) and should produce whatever legal content they want, and anyone that is a legal adult should be able to consume. Democrats are the party of censorship…always have been ( although I concede it has been a joint effort between the 2 parties in the past). Tipper Gore got this censorship ball rolling back in the 90’s and it’s snowballed this scary dystopian future we are in today.

Yeah and it needs to end Trump needs to pass a Bill says that if a Parent is not being a Parent Then They can get punished for letting Their Child seeing Porn and Such and They didn't turn on Parent Controls so Trump should pass a Bill that states the Parents have to do Their Job and stop Their Kid from seeing NSFW Content even from Anime, Manga, Videogames and ETC.

Astonishingly, no, they actually have responded the way everyone wanted them to on this one.

i hate to be the bearer of bad news but thats not really against the 1st. the 1st restricts government action, not private business decisions, so visa and mastercard pressuring steam and itch isnt a violation

a credit card company refusing to process payments for products is not a violation of your 1st. its understandably upsetting as it shows how much power companies have simply through using finances as leverage, but its not an amendment violation

of course if you think this is unamerican in some way, you've got the luxury of being able to write to your representatives
