I don't know what happened to your save file. It's weird and abnormal. About the relations matter is a bug that's fixed in the upcomming 6.1 updata :3
It's all good, it wasn't too hard to rebuild the relationship scores, and my previous save was only a couple of days away anyways, so it wasn't really a problem. It is good to hear that the bug will get patched though. Thank you.
