Huh weird, can you show me how the page looks like when you try to download?
Here is a picture of the download page, I have also sent a video recording, of the pc screen where I show the problem, to your discord DM. What is also weird is that when I pressed on "Already bought this..." button and typed my email address to the itch support I got links to the bought games and when pressing on the link for this game I also get what is shown below
