You can change their hair, the skin, and their colors. These can be done by taking you slave to the mirror in the bathrooms.
Can't change anything else without the tf pills.
Their are specific pills for increasing thickness and for increasing breast size.
If their is a specific size you are wanting that isn't just the final one you'll need to give them the pill to make the changes permanent before they change again.
Try the B.O.O.P. mod! It was created specifically for this purpose.
also do you know if its possible to get tits bigger than O-cup? (asking because one of my ingame slaves has bigger than O-cup)
