1: yes, though I haven’t decided to what extent yet.

3:It’s already in the game as part of the NPC’s personality matrix, it just doesn’t get shown or used in gameplay yet.
4: Maybe. I have something like this to make working on the game easier, I may eventually turn it on for everyone. Right now I’d rather people play the game without cheats so I can find and fix bugs.

Truth is, I've always been a fan of games with PAWGs (Phat Ass White Girls), chubby girls with fat asses, anal, and interracial (Especially with randomly generated NPCs). It always gave more flavor to the game, and made it much more immersive. People come in all shapes, sizes, colors, and personalities, so it's nice see games reflect such qualities
One last question then. Are there going to be age elements? Sometimes, you have couples where the female is 18 or so, and the male is 30, and others where the male is 25, but the female is 41.
