Hi, the pumpkin is considered a fruit in-game. It won't show up in vegetables. Hope this helps!
Pumpkins are actually fruits irl by botanical terms so are tomatoes and peppers and cucumbers. Its actually a pretty cool tangent to go down on what makes a vegetable a vegetable and what makes a fruit a fruit :)
