We're choosing to not support those who bend the knee. We will be instead be moving to something of our own. We do not care for those who bend to the will of those who claim supposed "moral" intention while trying to shove those they do not like for no or little reason into the abyss again. (this was written after I the writer calmed down): We do not care if Itch wants to ban content without warning and comply to demands then we will not support them.

I respect your decision on this matter but I feel the larger picture is being lost. If Itch did not "bend the knee" then the whole site would have been taken down and more livelihoods would have been at stake. There are creators on this site that very much rely on Itch for money. Those that run Itch do not want this to happen and have even posted petitions and where to focus on to help out in this situation.

Also fighting the UK government is a pretty big call for an indie game site.
