It is very fun, highly suggest some type of customization, and more relationship options, Also help, I'm stuck on the first day due to the "Meeting citizens" task. I swear I've been everywhere and i cant find the last one.

Customization is being expanded (not just for the character, but also for the police station), and relationship options are also in development. There was a post on the Telegram channel a while ago showing a rough idea of what the mini-game for relationship development might look like.
To complete the 'First Impression' quest (Meeting citizens), you need to talk to and complete quests(if they have any) for: Cheerilee (find the missing foal), Doctor Whooves (rescue him from the basement), Mr. and Mrs. Cake, Applefamily, Derpy, Vinyl Scratch, and complete the Lair - you'll meet a pony there :3.
