hi i am enjoying this game so far but can please someone tell me whats the location of sunny condo and i also cant find the missing pages for ashley I AM STUCKKK
If you have the latest patch her location is listed in the log, it's the bottom right of Central Blvd in the tall white building.
Ashley's pages won't spawn until the first one in front of the comic shop is grabbed, after that look in the locations that are also listed in the quest log
