You and Qoarin were playing in the sandbox together. The small child smiled at you "I love playing with you, Y/n!" They said cheerily. You smiled back at them "I like playing with you too, Qoary!" You said softly. As you two were talking and playing you notice a boy walk towards you two. He looked like Qoarin's brother. You look at the boy then at Qoarin. Qoarin had already noticed him and froze "C-Cory.." They mumbled trembling a bit.
Cory grabbed Qoarin by the hair then one of Cory's friends handed him a lighter. Qoarin gasped "Y-Y/n! Y/n help! P-please!" You knew how terrified she was of fire.
