Okay..i wasn't paying much attention but it might be trigged by refusing the weirdo in shift 1 and then going to sleep, not answering Lane's call and then calling the manager in shift 2 because then you'll be locked outside the store and see the bb outside in the rain

taking some time to answer you since i think A LOT of ppl missed a whole ass scene with BB xD (my fault that wasnt obvious) but before leaving your apartment, you can actually pick up an umbrella before leaving, that will unlock a new scene with BB (if youre locked outside ofc) and can unlock one of the extra scene in the store too depending on the choice you make, here a screen of wheres the umbrella (it appears after you take your nametag):
