Hi,
I'm guessing the material looks pink when you try to use it? What rendering pipeline are you using? The package was built for URP and might need to be converted if you're using the built in rendering pipeline or HDRP.
I believe there is a menu option to do the conversion (But I'm not 100% sure if its the same in 2022.3)
Windows > Rendering > Material Converter
or
Window > Rendering > Render Pipeline Converter
