I had this problem as well, until I realized that it was because I was missed doing something. Raid the kitchen before midnight, and you will be able to continue that quest chain.
... Which will still give you a massive headache to finish, possibly. Fiddling the corruption levels to be just right on getting everything was a nightmare, Lena in particular being a pain. Think I ran through 5 iterations before I actually finished the chain.
