After doing the body paint quest, Raven's overworld sprite stayed as the "bikini" sprite and changing between being clothed and naked didn't change it. Taking a bath didn't remove it either. Having body paint, just the cloak, and maybe the writing as unlockable options that would still count for naked quests could be cool but this is a bug
