Can we get an option to return to the main menu once in-game?Was the change of the birth animation and the removal of the large toy because of stuff going on with itch or was it already a planned change?

This changes were mostly made because they were too similar to PI. The issue with the payment processors are not related to this, although it is an important topic and is causing a lot of uncertainty for us NSFW devs.
