Again though, don't mean to be rude, but that's not the question. I know Patreon takes Paypal. I'm trying to discover if people are unable to use otherwise valid cards on Substar, but ABLE to use those same cards on Patreon. If you're saying you're not able to use your card in general outside your country, and rely on paypal for most things international, I suppose that's also helpful. but I have people on the ss from all over the world. Clearly SOME of them are getting through, I'm just trying to figure out what the dividing feature is.
